Subject: Priority Registration for Spring Semester 2023-24
Colleges, Departments/Schools, & Regional Campus Student Services Offices:
Priority registration for Spring Semester 2023-24 begins Monday, October 30, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern. Enrollment appointments are assigned to students based on accumulative hours earned. Currently enrolled students (who are not graduating) were sent an email indicating they should check their MyOHIO Student Center for their enrollment appointment time. Faculty and staff assigned as the official advisors or faculty mentors have access to view the enrollment appointment time of their advisees in the Faculty and Advising Center.
Undergraduate students may register after the advisor(s) has cleared the priority registration hold, if one exists, in the Faculty & Advising Center. If an undergraduate student is pursuing more than one major, the student must have their hold cleared by the advisor (or designee) of each major. The undergraduate student will not be permitted to register until the holds have been released for all majors. This ensures that students are getting the best advising for all their majors.
The Office of the University Registrar releases students to register over a three-week period in groups based on appointment time beginning Monday, October 30, 2023. Once a student鈥檚 appointment opens (and the registration hold is cleared), the student may register at that time or any time thereafter using the MyOHIO Student Center.
Two reports are attached:

Finally, if you process Reenrollment Forms you may begin doing so now for spring semester. Our office will be assigning enrollment appointments on a daily basis for term-activations processed during the advising and priority registration period. If you do not see an appointment, please check by the end of the next day.
