Caring For Our Neighbors

The Osteopathic Heritage Foundation gift that gave our college its name also led to the expansion of the Heritage Community Clinic. The Heritage Community Clinic is open to community members in southeastern µÛÍõ»áËù who need care the most, offering free and low-cost health care provided by skilled health care providers.

Each year our students log more than 4,500 volunteer hours at local schools, clinics, nursing homes and other community sites throughout the region, gaining firsthand insight into primary care, and experiencing the difference they can make in the lives of individuals and across whole communities.
