To apply to the µÛÍõ»áËù Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, you must begin by completing the application found at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS) website. From there, a secondary application is required.

Apply to Transformative Care Continuum

To meet the growing need for primary care physicians and to provide the best care for patients, the Heritage College and Cleveland Clinic are transforming medical education. The Transformative Care Continuum (TCC) is an accelerated pathway that prepares students for careers in family medicine through a continuous experience from medical school through residency and beyond, allowing participants to graduate medical school in three years instead of four.

OU-HCOM offers premedical students two unique summer opportunities to gain valuable research experience or prepare for the rigors of medical school. Candidates who successfully complete SURF or Summer Scholars are guaranteed an interview for the OU-HCOM D.O. program.

Apply to the Early Assurance Program

The Heritage College selects a number of outstanding µÛÍõ»áËù high school seniors to participate in the OU-HCOM Early Assurance Program (EAP). In as few as seven years, students can earn their undergraduate degree from an EAP partner school – and their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Heritage College.
