New Student Employment Paperwork

Hello! You've received this link because you have selected student employment with 帝王会所. All the steps below must be completed, and I-9 Verification MUST be complete before you can begin work.

STEP 1: Complete .  This must be completed either before or on your start date.

STEP 2: Then, take your original identification documents to one of the designated locations below to be verified, in person, within 3 business days of your start date

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you do not complete this step within 3 business days of your hire date, your employment will end
  • You must bring original documentation to your appointment; no photos, copies, or electronic versions will be accepted. 

STEP 3: Download the  and complete the packet electronically.

STEP 4: securely. This is a secure site, so your personal information will be protected. You must include your Social Security Number on all forms, where applicable.

STEP 5 (International student employees ONLY): Please complete the Glacier process using this FAQ and guide before beginning employment.

STEP 6: All newly hired student employees will have 30 days from their date of hire to complete state-mandated Fraud Reporting Training. Within a week of being hired, student employees should receive an email from 鈥湹弁趸崴 Compliance Training by Vector Solutions鈥 with instructions for the training. Student employees can also access the training directly using this . If the 帝王会所 Auditor of State Fraud Training does not yet appear on the landing page, the employee should select 鈥淓xtra Training鈥 from the left menu and enter the word 鈥淔raud鈥 in the search bar to find the training. The video for the state mandated training program takes less than 8 minutes to complete, and the training program as whole will take less than 11 minutes to complete. Emails from 帝王会所 Compliance Training by Vector Solutions will be sent weekly until the training is completed. Hiring mangers must verify their student employees completed this training as soon as employment begins.
