Cris Shell, the Programs and Events Coordinator for the National Museum of the Great Lakes


Cris graduated from 帝王会所 in 2024 earning his Master of Arts Administration with an area of specialization in Museum Studies. Now, Cris works as the Programs and Events Coordinator for The National Museum of the Great Lakes. Cris appreciates how his studies in the M.A.A program helped him not only get to his current position, but also prepared him to do important, meaningful work within his position as well as in the field at large. Regarding this, Cris shares felling, 鈥淔ortunate鈥 to have a program that really taught me how to be a savvy practitioner and a well-rounded one at that.鈥

Lauren Janoschka, General Manager and Production Manager at Spooky Action Theater in Washington, D.C. 


Spooky Action is a small but ambitious theater company that鈥檚 all about innovative and immersive storytelling鈥攚e love tackling challenging and thought-provoking narratives. We鈥檙e especially excited about our upcoming events: we鈥檒l have Tony-Award winner Stew Stewart in concert in December and Professor Woland鈥檚 Black Magic Rock Show in the spring. These events showcase the variety and creativity of our programming, blending music, theater, and a bit of magic to engage our audience in new ways. In my role, I handle the day-to-day operations and production logistics. As General Manager, I make sure everything on the administrative side runs smoothly, and as Production Manager, I coordinate all the moving parts of our shows, making sure the creative ideas come to life seamlessly.

David Hoyt (2023)
Director of Development for the Columbus Symphony Orchestra


David earned his Master of Arts Administration program, with area specialization in Music Leadership (2023). David completed the MAA degree over the course of two years, while also working full-time. Since finishing the MAA degree, David now serves as the Director of Development for the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. David used what he learned from the MAA program to better connect with the Columbus community and raise money for the Symphony鈥檚 programming. The MAA program helped David blend his passion for music and professional experiences into a career in Arts Administration.

Box Office Manager for the Marin Theatre Company and Teaching Artist for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival


Jules earned her Master of Arts Administration degree, with area specialization in Theater and Production Management (2023). Jules is the Box Office Manager for the Marin Theatre Company and is also a Teaching Artist for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival. In these positions, Jules works as a data-driven Arts Administrator who understands the value of an organization鈥檚 mission and the flexible skills required to work in a small arts non-profit. The MAA program helped Jules discover her passion for Arts Administration while working on projects that directly provided practical experiences to gain the requisite knowledge for her current positions.
