All OHIO students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in upcoming practice open forum sessions in preparation for the Higher Learning Commission’s (HLC) review of the University as part of its ten-year cycle for reaffirmation of accreditation. 

The HLC will visit OHIO’s Athens, Eastern and Lancaster campuses on March 24-25.

Practice Open Forum Details

Each of the following practice open forum sessions will focus on specific Criteria for Accreditation that HLC utilizes to determine whether an institution merits accreditation or reaffirmation of accreditation. Each practice session will include a brief topical introduction and model the Q&A format through practice questions. Note: A virtual option will be available for each of the following sessions via Microsoft Teams for interested students, faculty and staff who are unable to attend in person (an OHIO username is required to enter any/all virtual sessions).

Thursday, February 27
