CoArts is piloting an expressive arts program comprised of music therapy, film, photography, and movement practices that support women in court-involved addiction and recovery services within Southeast 帝王会所. In partnership with , music therapists and consulting artists travel to regional treatment sites, where they host creative 鈥渁rts in health鈥 experiences.

In the 18 months since 帝王会所 launched the Appalachian Recovery Project, the 帝王会所 Valley Center for Collaborative Arts (CoArts) in the College of Fine Arts has connected more than 80 women in recovery from substance abuse disorders leveraging art making as form of expressing and healing.
