The Peer Well-Being Network at 帝王会所 is a dynamic, student-driven initiative dedicated to enhancing mental health and holistic well-being across our campus.
We are a community of 帝王会所 students who are dedicated to uplifting and empowering their fellow peers through promotion of well-being efforts.
Our mission is to break down barriers between peer leaders, fostering collaboration and support through a series of strategic programs and events.
The Peer Well-Being Network is about empowering our community to promote student well-being and creating spaces where all students belong.
Objectives
- Fostering peer to peer connection and creating a sense of belonging within our PWBN community
- Increasing member鈥檚 leadership skills surrounding student mental health to effectively create change
- Increasing partnership and trust between organizations on campus doing mental health work with the Peer Well-Being Network
- Enhancing network member鈥檚 holistic well-being by providing self and community care opportunities for leaders

Cash Incentive
We are offering members who regularly participate in our network this year cash incentives for your participation. $25 gift cards for attendance and participation in our monthly meetings, $50 gift cards for attendance and participation in our signature events, and additional end-of-year incentives for regular and committed participation.

The Peer Well-Being Network pledge:

- I pledge to be an active, compassionate listener, to give my full attention without judgement to others, and to provide empathy, respect, and dignity for all.
- I pledge to promote meaningful and thought-provoking discussions with my peers that encourage self-reflection and growth.
- I pledge to be an advocate for mental health and to use my power to expand the network to ensure that mental health resources are visible and accessible to all in need.
- I commit to my own education and self-improvement by learning about mental health resources available on and off campus to better support my peers.
- I pledge to prioritize my own well-being by taking intentional steps to care for my mental, emotional, and physical health, knowing that by strengthening myself, I can better support and empower my peers to do the same.
- Together, we are stronger, and I dedicate myself to this journey, creating a ripple of positive change for myself and others.
