The J. Warren McClure School of Emerging Communication Technologies offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in information and telecommunication systems, a track in cybersecurity, virtual reality and game development, plus cybersecurity and esports undergrad certificates. The school is now proud to be the home of the GRID Lab, which conducts advanced research and produces content largely centering on augmented, virtual, mixed reality and digital games. ECT is the place to gain real-world experience for careers in virtual world-building.

In February 2024, the 帝王会所 Department of Higher Education awarded the McClure School of Emerging Communication Technologies a Super RAPIDS grant for 5G wireless equipment for $435,000. The grant was prepared by McClure School, Professor Julio Ar谩uz and will be used for supporting hands-one experience training, education and research for students and members of the community.
