About Personal Training 

Let University Well-Being & Recreation's Personal Trainers help you reach your well-being & fitness goals! Our trainers can help you set goals, develop an exercise program or introduce you to exercises to take your fitness to the next level. Working with a personal trainer will help challenge and motivate you while keeping you accountable to your personalized goals. Personal training is great for students, faculty/staff, or community members of all ages and experiences. 

Per the University's updated public health guidelines, masks are required during participation in Personal Training services. 

Getting Started is Easy!

Step 1

Choose a package (see below) and complete the .

Step 2

You will be contacted by your assigned Trainer to schedule your first session within 72 hours of filling out your request form. 

Step 3

Once you are assigned a Personal Trainer, you will be required to pay for your personal training package either online, over the phone, or in person. Follow the instructions on our Purchase Personal Training page for a detailed outline of the different ways you can purchase your package or pass including step by step instructions. 

***Please bring proof of purchase (your digital receipt that was sent to your email) to your initial consultation with your Assigned Trainer. If you do not bring this, the Trainer will be unable to complete your consultation and you will be asked to re-schedule until you have the receipt.

Additional Notes:

  • All Personal Training Sessions are 45 minutes in length. 
  • The first session of each package will be a comprehensive fitness consultation.
  • Unused Personal Training sessions do not carry over from week to week for the 4 Week or Semester Personal Training Memberships. 
  • The price for semi-private packages is the total price, which can either be paid by one person or split between two people. *The price can only can be split if paying at Member Services (Ping Front Desk).
  • All Personal Training Sessions expire within six months of purchase.
  • Personal Training sessions are not guaranteed during University sanctioned holidays.
  • Personal Training sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours will be deducted from a client's package or pass.
