Online students enrolled in graduate programs can find forms relevant to graduate programs on the Graduate College's site.
Financial Aid
Students who are financial aid recipients pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 completion program in conjunction with a Community College Partner are required to complete a consortium agreement with the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships when planning dual enrollment for the same term.

Update Program
This form is for undergraduate students to change, add, or drop majors and/or minors. This form is not to be used for change of academic career (undergraduate/graduate) or special student status.
Withdraw from Courses
Withdrawal from the University means dropping all classes on or after the earliest start date of any registered class in a session/semester. This applies to all 帝王会所 classes, whether on one campus or multiple campuses.
To initiate the withdrawal process:
- Undergraduate students: onlineundergraduateadvising@ohio.edu
- Graduate students: onlinegraduateadvising@ohio.edu
Withdrawal is not permitted on or after the last day of classes, based on the earliest end date of any registered class in the session/semester.
