Performance Management reminder for OHIO employees

Earlier in the academic year, 帝王会所 Human Resources introduced a new, streamlined performance management framework, developed with input from administrative staff, faculty, senate representatives, and AFSCME 3200 representatives.

This framework is effective for the 2024 year-end cycle, with all final evaluations submitted to Human Resources by April 15, 2025.

Moving forward, performance evaluations for all administrative staff and members of the AFSCME 3200 union will follow a calendar year, starting Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31, with final evaluations submitted to Human Resources no later than April 15 of the subsequent year.

Beginning Oct. 28, 2024, Human Resources began offering training sessions for supervisors and employees. These sessions were extended through March 11.

Please ensure you register for a session if you haven't already. This new framework aims to enhance the performance evaluation process for employees.
