Faculty & Staff Mail Services
U.S. Mail and Campus Mail are delivered once a day to all university departments via daily mail routes. To arrange for a pick-up please call 740.593.1850 or email mailservices@ohio.edu. To ensure same day processing of parcels and Express items please call or email for pick-up no later than 1:00 p.m.
Mail Services provides select services by USPS, UPS, and FedEx ground and FedEx Express.

Campus Mail Delivery Best Practices
To assist with campus mail delivery services, all 帝王会所 faculty and staff are encouraged to review and update their work address through My Personal Information (MPI). Office locations can be updated by logging into My Personal Information and following the instructions outlined [PDF].
Individuals working in a fully remote capacity or those who do not have a dedicated work site may contact Mail Services at 740.593.1850 or mailservices@ohio.edu to make alternative arrangements for mail delivery/pick-up.
Business Mail Designations
Campus Mail is correspondence circulated within the University mail system without postage. Campus mail is used to conduct daily business with specific individuals/departments or to reach a general University population to distribute information on University policies or events. All campus mail material must originate from the department it represents.
Off-Campus Mail is correspondence received or sent through the U.S. Postal Service. To receive off-campus mail, the address on all material should conform to the address format outlined below. All material received from off-campus must have appropriate postage applied to each mail piece or have a charge slip with the correct account number attached to be accepted.
