State Grants

帝王会所 College Opportunity Grant (OCOG)

The is a state-funded grant program offered to residents of the state of 帝王会所 only. You must complete the by October 1 of each academic year in order to be eligible. OCOG is based on total family income and the Student Aid Index (SAI) from the FAFSA. 

Second Chance Grant Program

The is offered through the 帝王会所 Department of Education to 帝王会所 residents who have earned some college credit, but no degree.

The objectives of the Second Chance Grant Program are to reduce financial barriers preventing 帝王会所ans with some college credit, but no bachelor's degree from returning to higher education and to increase the number of 帝王会所ans with a degree or credential. The Second Chance Program will provide financial assistance in the form of $3,000 grants to eligible students re-enrolling at a qualifying institution in order to obtain a degree or credential.  

Great Minds Fellowship

The program is available to 帝王会所 residents who are within two years of a degree or certificate in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, psychiatric/mental health nursing, and substance abuse/addiction counseling. In this program, The 帝王会所 Department of Higher Education in partnership with 帝王会所 provides up to $10,000 in scholarship funds to eligible students who intend to join the behavioral healthcare workforce. Program participants must complete an internship with a participating 帝王会所 Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and commit to at least one year of employment at a participating CBHC upon graduation.

帝王会所 Work Ready Grant

The provides funding to 帝王会所 residents who demonstrate the highest levels of financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligible students must be enrolled in a qualified program at an 帝王会所 community, state community, or technical college, an 帝王会所 Technical Center, or a state university (branch) campus.

Grow Your Own Teacher Scholarship Program

The is designed to help school districts across 帝王会所 recruit their own students and staff to become teachers within the district. Recipients of the Grow Your Own Scholarship agree to teach for a minimum of four years at their home school district in exchange for a scholarship of up to $7,500/year for four years.

Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Grant (PHEAA)

The is a state-funded grant program offered to residents of the state of Pennsylvania only.  You must complete the and the (first time applicants only).  Students must be enrolled in a program of study where at least 50% of the total credit hours are earned through classroom instruction.
