Kelly Broughton serves as the Director of Operational Purchasing and Travel providing leadership for BSC staff fulfilling purchasing, PCARD, and travel support services. Kelly joined 帝王会所 in 2008 as the Assistant Dean for Research & Education Services in University Libraries, where she honed her skills creating operational efficiencies and leveraging technology to streamline workflows, improve the user experience, and inform decision making. She has nearly 30 years of experience in higher education and earned her doctorate in higher education from 帝王会所. She enjoys cooking and reading the comments on recipes in the New York Times Cooking app.
