Creative Coping Caf茅
Creative Coping Caf茅 is a space where any student can drop-in to learn a coping strategy, gain experience practicing these strategies, and connect with peers. While non-arts-based coping skills can be practiced and learned in this space, there will be an emphasis on using music, art, and writing as part of this process. There is no limit for how often you can use this service, and you do not have to be a CPS client to attend. This service is being offered this Spring semester, and does not replace individual or group mental health treatment. Students do not need to be existing clients at OU Counseling and Psychological Services to attend.

Attending a Caf茅
Creative Coping Caf茅 is held in Lindley Hall 052 (right front corner of the building). Simply arrive and let the front desk staff know you are there to attend a Caf茅.
Thursdays 1-2pm, March 20th to May 1st, 2025.
