If you decide to withdraw or leave OPIE and/or the University before your classes end, your money may not be refunded.  It is important that you understand the University鈥檚 policy and consult the official calendar of deadlines. On-campus Living Requirement

帝王会所 requires that some students live on campus. All 帝王会所 enrolled students under the age of 23 with fewer than four academic year semesters (fall/spring semesters only) in the residence halls prior to the start of the semester in which they enroll must reside in university-owned housing and participate in the associated mandatory meal plan. See the Housing Application.

If you are not required to live on-campus, you may live off-campus. The Community Engagement Programs Staff within Off-Campus Living can help you find off-campus living.

Health Insurance

All enrolled 帝王会所 and OPIE students are required to have health insurance. See more information about health insurance.

Student Handbook

At the end of our Student Handbook, you will find a list of Frequently Asked Questions (and Answers!). We encourage you to read these.

Waivable Fees

All 帝王会所 students are automatically charged for two optional fees: the Wellbeing Fee (enhances student health care) and the Student Legal Service Fee (provides legal services). To waive or pass on these fees, you must opt out on your My OHIO Student Center, usually by the end of the third week of the semester. See the university's Fee Descriptions.

On-Campus Housing Requirement for 帝王会所

帝王会所 provides on-campus housing. They require that some students live on campus. All 帝王会所 enrolled students unmarried and under the age of 23 with fewer than four academic year semesters (fall/spring semesters only) in the residence halls prior to the start of the semester in which they enroll must reside in university-owned housing and participate in the associated mandatory meal plan. Please read more about the Housing Requirement. Students who are not required to live on campus may be able to do so based on availability.

On-Campus Housing During the Breaks

Unfortunately, it is impossible for 帝王会所 to find enough staff for all of the dormitories during the breaks (i.e., winter break), so if you stay on campus during a break, you may need to move to temporary housing. Ask your RA or the Office of Residential Housing (contact Alvena Collins: collina3@ohio.edu) about an extended housing contract (with lower rates) for international students.

Off-Campus Housing

If you are not required to live on-campus, you may live off-campus. The OHIO Housing and Residence Life Office provides resources for Off Campus Living. International Student and Scholar Services also provides off-campus housing resources.

Lost and Found

If you leave something in your classroom, it might be taken to Gordy 155.
