Illumina MiSeq
The Illumina MiSeq is a benchtop Next-Generation Sequencing platform that uses Illumina?s sequencing by synthesis chemistry. The MiSeq is capable of generating up to 15 Gigabases of sequencing data in a single run. With this level of output the MiSeq is able to sequence de novo small genomes, perform gene expression profiling and mRNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and many other demonstrated and customized sequencing.
