Configuring Your Sponsored Projects (SP) Dashboard

SP gives you the flexibility to customize your personal dashboard view to suit your needs. This view is specific to each individual user and will not affect other user dashboard views. To get started, head to the new SP dashboard.

View Proposals by Status

Proposals fall into seven different status categories. You can view proposals assigned to a specific status by clicking on the desired status box. Proposals matching your selection will be displayed in the columns below the boxes. You will only see proposals to which you have been given access.

Set Column View

You may choose up to 11 columns in your custom column view. To set up your custom view:

1. Click Set View below the status boxes.
2. Put a checkmark next to the columns of your choosing.
3. Once your selections have been update, click Update. You may update the column view again at any time.
4. To view a filtered list of only proposals assigned to you, click See assigned to me only.

Using the Search Box

Use the Search Box to filter proposals by any available data point.

1. Begin by typing the name of a data point or scroll through the list of options in the dropdown.
2. Select multiple data points if desired.
3. Proposals with the selected data points will be displayed in the columns below the Search Box.

Download to CSV

Click Download to CSV to extract any data points into a convenient CSV file. Simply select the columns you'd like to capture by scrolling or using the search box, or click Select All. There is no limit to the number of columns you can select. Once you have chosen your columns, click Download to CSV to begin the file download. The file will be stored in your computer's default file storage location.
