Closing Ad Hoc Tasks in Sponsored Projects (SP)
If you have been assigned a task within a proposal or award record, you can view and close the task from different areas of the application, including:
- Task notification email
- Sponsored Projects My Tasks slideout
- My Tasks lists on the Cayuse Platform landing page
In addition, some users may be able to edit the existing Ad Hoc Task.
Closing Tasks from Notification Emails or My Tasks Homepage
- If you received an email notification, open the included link to be directed to the My Tasks homepage. Alternatively, you can open the My Task homepage in the application without using the link. Select the task to be taken to the task鈥檚 details page.
- Update the Task Status to Closed and then Save Changes
