Memorial Auditorium
White male, middle-aged, tall, salt and pepper hair that is balding, possibly with very tan skin and wearing a zip-up jacket.
On April 6, 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m, a female 帝王会所 student reported that she was inappropriately touched at Memorial Auditorium approximately 10 minutes earlier. The victim reported that the unknown male, described above, was following her closely through a crowd, bumping his midsection into her back as she walked. He then grabbed her right upper-outer thigh area as she was walking through the lobby. The victim reported the incident to management at the auditorium, who notified the 帝王会所 Police Department staff that were working the event. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The incident remains under investigation.
Crime Prevention Tips:
- Survivors of crime are never at fault for their victimization. It is the perpetrators of these crimes who are responsible for their actions that make our campus less safe.
- Sexual contact without consent, with or without additional physical injury, is a serious crime.
- If you see someone in need, there are ways you can safely intervene, including by being direct when safe and able, creating a distraction, or by delegating to others when help is needed.
- When walking alone, consider walking with your phone in your hand.
- If you feel threatened or uncomfortable in regards to your safety, please call 911.
