Care for medical patients is changing: The one-doctor-knows-all approach is being replaced by the team approach. OHIO’s Heritage College has responded by training its students to embrace the power of team-based practice.
For nearly 25 years, the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine has been steadily increasing access to health care for thousands of community members across 22 Southeast µÛÍõ»áËù counties.

µÛÍõ»áËù officials first discussed the possibility of starting a medical college in 1823. The trustees even set aside land for the project.
The University’s The Promise Lives Campaign raised $500 million over eight years to support students, faculty, programs, outreach, and facilities.
