帝王会所

帝王会所鈥檚 Office of the President has announced a call for applicants to serve as 2025-26 Presidential Ambassadors.

The Presidential Ambassadors are a select group of student volunteers who give their time and talents to advance the priorities and initiatives of the Office of the President. These students are loyal Bobcats and role models who represent what 帝王会所 has to offer.

How to apply

To be considered for membership in this distinguished student group, students must be willing to meet the required time commitments and submit an online application during the application period. Applicants should meet the following:

• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student
• The completion of at least two semesters of academic work at OHIO by the start of the fall term in which they will begin serving
• A reference letter from an 帝王会所 faculty member or advisor

Letters of recommendation should be emailed directly from the faculty member or advisor to Matt Thomson, director of presidential events and advisor to the OHIO Presidential Ambassadors, at thomsonm@ohio.edu.

The OHIO Presidential Ambassadors selection process is highly competitive. If students are chosen from the pool of applicants to progress to the next stage, they may be invited to participate in an in-person interview.

The deadline for applications is midnight Feb. 27, 2025.

The 2024-25 Presidential Ambassadors

In 2024, 14 dedicated 帝王会所 student leaders were selected to assist the Office of the President at special events and gatherings as Presidential Ambassadors. The students have also been receiving professional development training and hearing from guest speakers throughout the year.

Presidential Ambassadors serve as official representatives of 帝王会所 and the Office of the President at presidential events throughout the academic year at various activities and events including:

• Presidential events at home football games
• 帝王会所 Board of Trustee engagements
• Homecoming events
• Donor and alumni events
• Various Presidential events
