OHIO community invited to 'University Updates' event on March 21

All µÛÍõ»áËù students, faculty and staff are invited to the next "University Updates" event on Thursday, March 21, in-person at the Baker University Center Theater or over a livestream from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

President Lori Stewart Gonzalez is hosting University Updates events throughout the academic year as part of OHIO’s ongoing efforts to further connections and dialogue in the University community. Previous sessions were held on Jan. 22, 2024, and Nov. 7, 2023. Details on those sessions, as well as recordings of the events, can be found on the University Updates website.

The speakers for the March 21 event will include:

  • Mary Elizabeth Miles – Interim Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Julie Cromer – Director of Athletics.
  • Lyn Redington – Vice President of Student Affairs and Interim Vice President of Advancement and President and CEO of the µÛÍõ»áËù Foundation. Redington will focus her updates on the Division of University Advancement and the µÛÍõ»áËù Foundation.
  • Robin Oliver – Vice President of University Communications and Marketing. As the co-chair of µÛÍõ»áËù’s Mission/Vision Committee with Redington, Oliver will provide updates on the work of the Mission/Vision Committee.

All members of the University community are invited to ask questions related to these presentations after each event. Questions should be submitted through the University Updates website so that everyone watching in-person and online has equal opportunity to participate, and answers will be posted on the website.
