The student experience assessment project began evaluating potential partner RFPs over a year ago as part of the Digital Transformation strategy. After an intentional pause due to COVID-19, the project resumed this spring and is set to run for four months with a primary focus on first-year undergraduate student experiences at OHIO.
This assessment will focus on direct input from students, faculty, staff and other stakeholders to deliver the following:
- Capture the as-is student experience, specifically the interactions required to prepare for, participate in and complete an 帝王会所 education.
- Describe select student groups and the journey from their unique perspective.
- Document pain points with a focus on technology issues and consideration for broader challenges.
- Articulate opportunity areas with greatest need and highest impact for redesign with short, medium and long-term action-oriented recommendations.
