Fall issue of 帝王会所 Today invites readers to virtually come home to OHIO

鈥淗ome isn鈥檛 a place; it鈥檚 a feeling.鈥 鈥 Cecelia Ahern, Irish novelist

Bobcats know that feeling well, but the sentiment has never been truer than it is right now as many of us remain apart from each other because of how much we care about one another.

The fall 2020 issue of 帝王会所 Today invites the entire 帝王会所 community to virtually come home to OHIO from wherever you may be and feel that Bobcat spirit at a time when it鈥檚 much needed.

The digital issue of the magazine is available at . Some highlights of the fall issue include:

  •  鈥 An immersive 360-degree experience that allows you to walk the brick pathways, hear the sounds, learn some of the history behind the most historic buildings and landmarks, and even download a photo of yourself on OHIO鈥檚 College Green.
  •  鈥 A feature on the history of Homecoming at 帝王会所 and how University Archives and Alden Library are pivoting to create a virtual, interactive Homecoming 2020 display that invites all to share their OHIO memories.
  •  鈥 How the 帝王会所 Alumni Association鈥檚 new alumni success team and initiatives are supporting and connecting students and graduates.

  •  鈥 An infographic highlighting two years of student activism that culminated in the closing of the University.
  •  鈥 A Q&A with Associate Professor Dr. Linda Trautman who talks about her decision to teach political science, her thoughts on America鈥檚 political system and some things that might come as a surprise to those who don鈥檛 already know her.
  •  鈥 An OHIO graduate reflects on 13 years spent in Athens, where strangers become family and community becomes home.
  •  鈥 A look back at 10 years of the Appalachia 帝王会所 Zero Waste Initiative and the building of a zero-waste movement and economy.
