We are going to be doing a mindfulness meditation session with Dr Graham so students can relax one more time before summer break for the first years and dedicated study time for the second years.

Saturday, April 27, 6 a.m. - 1 p.m. Grover Center, 53 Richland Ave., Athens OH 45701

The largest charity race event in Southeast ��������, the ��������Health Race for a Reason is comprised of five different events:

• College of Health Sciences and Professions Triathlon/Duathlon
• Quidel 5K presented by �������� Credit Union
• �������� ROTC Mud Run
• Power 105.5 3K Walk presented by Steak 'n Shake
• Remote Race presented by �������� Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
   

The event is hosted by the �������� Sports Administration graduate program and ��������’s Valor military ministry. The theme of the race is “What’s Your Reason”. Participants are encouraged to race for a “reason” that they are passionate about. $10 of each individual’s race registration fee goes back to the cause of their choice.

Join the �������� Police Department and WellWorks for a lunchtime walk. All members of the OHIO and Athens communities are welcome to join us for a special guest, good conversations and get your steps in! We'll meet between Grover Center and Bird Arena.
