Trina Gannon has a B.F.A. in Clothing and Textiles with a minor in Interdisciplinary Anthropology from The University of Akron and a M.S. in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising with a minor in History from 帝王会所. Ms. Gannon is an assistant professor of instruction in the Department of Recreation, Sport Pedagogy and Consumer Sciences and teaches classes in Retail and Fashion Merchandizing program. Ms. Gannon has experience working in various fields of the retail industry as well as museum work. As the curator of the Mary C. Doxsee Historic Clothing and Textile Collection she is in charge of maintaining the collection, creating exhibits in Patton Hall, in addition to providing community outreach involving the collection. Ms. Gannon takes an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and endeavors to make sure all her students have an exciting and dynamic learning experience.
