This draft of a program of study for a BSN-DNP student pursuing an APRN certification is listed below for discussion only. Each student receives an individualized program of study for their DNP Program. Failure to complete courses as presented in the program of study may result in a delay in your program completion and graduation. 

Students complete a total of 1000 practice hours (post-baccalaureate) to increase their depth and breadth of knowledge in their interest area resulting in a scholarly project. All clinical/practicum hours for each clinical/practicum course must be completed by the end of the 14-week semester.

Our program has opportunities for students to connect in On-Campus Intensive experiences (OCI) for specific instruction and assessment. In a virtual OCI, students connect through a secure online platform. In a Clinical Skills Workshop, students work with faculty to develop clinical reasoning and procedural skills through a range of simulations and other modalities.
