Meet IHS adjunct instructor, Donna Hanly. Donna teaches two out of the three courses which are part of the online graduate Healthcare Leadership certificate; IHS 5201 Quality, Safety, and Service in Healthcare Leadership and IHS 5202 Financial Innovation and Growth Strategies in Healthcare. Donna also serves as a mentor and instructor for the Master of Integrated Healthcare Studies capstone course, IHS 6280.

Bobcat Student Orientation

This summer Bobcat Student Orientation will include virtual and in-person events and options for students and their families.
The orientation experience has been expanded to include three phases. Phase 1 includes pre-orientation modules that will be released to students in May. The live event in June with an option of attending virtually or in-person is the second phase. Programs have been shortened to one day to help ensure the safety of participants with regard to COVID-19 protocols. Finally, Phase 3 will take place in July as a post-orientation module experience.

Meet graduate Clinical Informatics student, Alexis Moore. Alexis eared her Bachelor of Science in Biology Degree from µÛÍõ»áËù. She is also currently pursuing her master’s degree in Public Health. Alexis chose the graduate Clinical Informatics certificate because she wanted to gain a better understanding of the electronic tools and systems available to be better prepared in applying these technologies in a future career to advance health outcomes of her target population. Meet IHS department chair and faculty, Tobe Gillogly. Gillogly started her journey at OHIO as an adjunct in 2000 and was then hired on as a part time physical therapist assistant to OU therapy associates (OUTA) in 2003. She is now department chair of IHS. Read more about Gillogly below.
