Assistant Professor

Wenhan Guo, Ph.D., M.S., is an assistant professor in the Department of Social and Public Health at µÛÍõ»áËù. His research focuses on aging, long-term care, post-acute care, hospice care, and health disparities, with a particular interest in improving outcomes for vulnerable populations. Drawing on his background in biostatistics and health services research, Dr. Guo examines critical issues in care delivery and health policy, aiming to promote equity and quality in healthcare systems. In addition to his research, Dr. Guo teaches and mentors students in the Health Services Administration program. He focuses on leadership and management theories, as well as healthcare policy, helping students develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as leaders in the healthcare field. 

Education

Dr. Guo earned his Ph.D. in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Rochester and an M.S. in Biostatistics from Columbia University.
