Research interests: I am interested in cultural, intellectual, political, social, and labor American history from the 20th century to the present, with an emphasis on the Appalachian region. My secondary field is modern German history (20th century to present). My dissertation examines the development of a working-class consciousness in Appalachia.
Accomplishments
- Presented 鈥淥rganized Labor and Camelot: A Brief History of John Kennedy and Labor Unions鈥 at the 2024 帝王会所 History Graduate Conference.
- Serving as the History Graduate Student Association President for the 2024 鈥 2025 academic year.
