"I would hands down recommend the PMBA program at 帝王会所 to anyone who is interested in furthering their education. I have been so impressed with the program as a whole and have met amazing faculty and classmates along the way.

One of the biggest reasons I chose 帝王会所 for my MBA was the Strategic Selling and Sales Leadership concentration, as it aligned most closely with my professional goals. I have been impressed with the professors and course learnings. I am confident it will allow me to grow in my current role and upskill my business acumen.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the hybrid offering that 帝王会所 extends to its Professional MBA students. It has afforded me the opportunity to network with 帝王会所 professors and classmates while remaining flexible enough to fit into my demanding professional and personal life.  

The 帝王会所 Leadership Conference has been one of my biggest highlights thus far. The conference I attended focused on recruiting and retaining your workforce, which resonated with my current position. The 帝王会所 Leadership Conference is unique to OU, and the offering is a differentiator when compared to other local programs."

"Forging friendships with my cohort, learning from their experiences and having open discussions with the lecturers are all highlights of my educational experience at 帝王会所.

I enjoy learning from my classmates, as they all bring a wealth of knowledge based on their various industries and roles. Being exposed to the multiple aspects that are critical to running an organization has been extremely valuable as it allows me to expand my thinking to have a more holistic business approach rather than being siloed in my role. I also find that classes that tie the information back to my current or future anticipated role are very valuable.

The hybrid format of the program suits me well, and I prefer classes that have some in-person or virtual live interaction versus those that don't. The career support aspect of this program was a strong reason why I entered it.

There are several skills acquired in this program that I've already been able to apply in my career, either directly or as a means to better understand the business. Among them are data manipulation and analysis, financial management concepts and how to better interpret the organization's financial performance, and operations management. Apart from these, each class has given me new information and a better understanding of the overall operations and relationships within the various roles of the organization. Overall, the knowledge gained has helped me to expand my understanding of the organization and its operations in more detail, which also helps me to better execute my current role while preparing me for my next role."

"The Professional MBA program is a great program for working professionals who want to further their education. The in-person aspect of this program allows students to practice topics learned in classes with members of their cohorts who have real-world experience in the field being discussed. This unique aspect allows a student to learn not only from the professor鈥檚 experience in the topic being taught but also from your peers鈥� experience. There are quite a few team projects in this program. The professors do a good job building teams of people who come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries.

I have really enjoyed the classes that are specific to my concentration, Supply Chain and Operations Management, as they have provided me with tools that directly help me with my day job. Overall, the classes teach a mindset on how to organize projects and give you problem-solving tools to overcome roadblocks. The in-class material provided in these classes has directly helped me with projects I am working on at my job.  

The most beneficial classes in this program were the classes where I had no prior schooling or professional experience, like accounting and finance. These classes have allowed me to further understand my company鈥檚 financial statements, which in turn have given me a better understanding of how my team and I can make positive impacts at our company. Furthermore, the in-person aspect of this program allowed me to learn directly from members of my cohort who hold accounting and finance positions. They provided real-world examples to help cement lessons learned in class.

The Professional MBA program鈥檚 hybrid approach to class structure offers a unique opportunity for learning. The online aspect of the class gives you the freedom to complete assignments at times that work around your work / personal schedules. The in-person aspect of the program offers the opportunity to learn from the experiences of your cohort members. Cohort members bring in experiences from industries different from the one that I work in and help me think about problems and situations differently than I would have before the program."

"The in-person residencies at the Dublin campus and the leadership development conference in Athens鈥揳fter doing so many things virtually during COVID, the in-person networking opportunities were very important to me.

I have used the Excel functions and shortcuts from our statistics class and operational excellence/supply chain process improvement. I have also used the personality assessments from our organizational behavior class to determine areas for personal and professional development.

A highlight of this program was visiting the Athens campus, meeting people from the other master's programs and learning from OU alumni speakers.

This program emphasizes collaboration between people of different professional backgrounds and allows you to interpret how the concepts you are learning apply to your own field. I have had the opportunity to interact with people in my company I never would have met if not for our assignments in areas such as marketing, finance, and HR. I feel this program is giving me a strong business foundation to succeed throughout my career."
