The Details

The Leadership Launchpad is designed to fit your busy schedule. It can be completed within a semester or over the course of an academic year.

  • Complete Two Leadership Workshops
    • The Foundations of Leadership: Laying the Groundwork For Effective Leadership
      • March 21, 2025  1-3PM
      • March 24, 2025  4-6PM
    • Leadership Styles: Explore, Understand, and Develop Your Leadership Identity
      • March 28, 2025  1-3PM
      • March 31, 2025  4-6PM
  • Attend One Signature Event
    • March 19, 2025 - LEADLive Alumni Edition 

  • Reflection

    • Write and submit a reflection on your development and experience through each phase.

Leadership Launchpad Coin

 

 

 

After all three steps are completed, you will receive a Leadership Launchpad Digital LinkedIn endorsement, and an official Launchpad Challenge Coin.
