Event Support Levels
The Alumni Association staff will support you in hosting the following types of events for the purpose of increasing alumni engagement and University support.

OUAA Support Summary
Sanctioned events are fully planned and executed by Alumni Networks. Details should be finalized and communicated to the 帝王会所 Alumni Association staff at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. The Alumni Association staff can provide general promotion of these events with targeted emails sent to alumni. Alumni Network representatives are encouraged to promote these events in their social channels. OUAA Sanctioned events are either at no cost or funded by the network.

- Promote events and programs through university email announcements (sent from our database-driven listservs)
- Post events on the OUAA calendar for all Alumni Network events
- Send 帝王会所 paraphernalia as available and appropriate
- Promote events on social media

OUAA Support Summary
Sponsored events are planned and executed jointly between Alumni Networks and the 帝王会所 Alumni Association staff. These events are specifically designed to assist in meeting OUAA and institutional identified goals. Requests for funding must be finalized and submitted to the Alumni Association staff 12 weeks prior to the event date for review. The Alumni Association staff will provide marketing support and promotional materials/giveaways as available.
OUAA Support Examples
- Manage the financial side of events, including the signing of contracts and payments to venues and vendors
- Coordinate online registrations and ticketing
- Provide guidance in the initial planning phase of the event
- Provide support and connection to available university resources
- Send OUAA staff to attend events when available and as needed
- Promote events and programs through university email announcements (sent from our database-driven listservs)
- Post events on the OUAA calendar for all Alumni Network events
- Send 帝王会所 paraphernalia (e.g. nametags, pens, giveaways, sign-up sheets, etc.)
- Promote events on social media
